Met with the recruiter, then hiring manager for infrastructure, and 3rd interview being a coding challenge. The hiring manager was unprepared for the interview and just asked random questions. He spent an extra 30 minutes past the allotted having me review a Go memory leak, which I didn't understand the point in the middle of a conversational technical interview. For the coding challenge, I tried to get information from the recruiter who was unresponsive for days and after multiple follow ups finally responds with "I don't have information for the coding challenge, but its not leetcode" - Guess what? It was basically leet code. Quite possibly one of the most waste of time interview processes I have gone through that wastes everyone time because of lack of preparation.
