1. Initial phone screen with hiring manager
2. Coding test/technical screen w/ 2 engineers
3. 5-hour long block of 7 different interviews with various people, including another coding challenge
I honestly did not feel like Lively was respectful of my time. I wasn't expecting a coding challenge in the 5 hour marathon interview, as the hiring manager told me it would consist of a system design question and various behavioral questions. Not being in the right mindset to code under pressure, I clearly failed the coding challenge, but they still made me go through the remaining four hours of behavioral questions about their "values" (which I do somewhat question if the company actually follows -- may just be words and not actions).
Heard nothing back in 2x the timeframe they gave, so I finally reached out and was given a generic rejection with no feedback whatsoever -- not a great reflection on their company.
