      I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lloyd Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2019

      Interview

      The interview process was a bit of a let down for a company that seems to have a great culture. I was contacted and had a phone interview in the beginning of January, but didn't get a face to face interview until the end of February. I interviewed with 3 people during my 1st interview, all through skype even though I was in their office. Was invited back for a 2nd interview, but this time at the end of March. In the 2nd interview, I was interviewed by 6 or 7 more people, which basically all asked similar questions so I repeated my answers pretty much verbatim to around 7 people. After spending all that time interviewing, I was told I wouldn't be brought back for a 3rd, and when I asked why as to see if it was a culture or skill fit, I did not get a reply. Seems like it's a great company to work for, but the interview process had me questioning the decision making of those I would be working with.
