Over the phone interview and then an in person interview. Both were fairly easy with only a basic knowledge of sofas/colour theory needed. Got a call about the job offer very quickly - the whole process was simple

Fairly simple with general interview questions to gain insight into the type of person you are, experience and whether you will fit into their current team. Will also have to prepare a SWAT document for the interview.

Interview
Telephone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. At the face-to-face interview I also had to complete a short exercise demonstrating my knowledge of different materials and colours which are key valuables for customers.
