Lockheed Martin Graduate Electronics Engineer interview questions

Simple application online involving previous work experience and skills. I then had a telephone interview within about 3 weeks. After this I was invited to an assessment day within about a week. This day consisted of individual interviews with some technical questions, a group based exercise where we had to discuss how we Lockheed Martin could use certain products (the information of these products was given in advance). This was then presented to everyone at the end of the day. Overall a very friendly atmosphere.
