I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Littleton, CO) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was flown out to a Lockheed facility in Littleton, CO where I met a group of about 30 other candidates. We were shown a presentation about Lockheed and then had two one-on-one interviews with engineers or managers. We then had time to speak with engineers or managers before leaving.

Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
