Email communication from recruiter to schedule a phone call. There were two phone interviews only, no face-to-face interviews. The first phone interview was with the recruiter. The second interview was a panel interview with the team lead and the hiring manager. I received an offer the next day. They wanted someone that had passion and drive to improve the environment.

STAR interview that took 30 minutes. The interview was on a video conference with a department head and a subject matter expert. They want to see progress through a difficult working situation and how you overcame that situation.
