I went through a virtual interview, and my interviewer was very nice and insightful! We hit it off, and talked about our interests, after going over some behavioral questions, and why I wanted to work for Lockheed Martin

The interview consisted of a virtual panel with 2–3 interviewers, including engineers from the team. The format was primarily behavioral and followed the S.T.A.R. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method. They asked scenario-based questions about teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and handling technical challenges. The interview lasted about 45–60 minutes. Each interviewer took turns asking questions, and there was time at the end to ask about the role and team culture.
