I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
It was a behavioral competency interview, they called it Full Spectrum Leadership. It was a 1 hour interview, with a panel of 3 managers and HR rep took turns asking 13 questions. You have to use the STAR method (describe the Task, Action, Result). They score you on the quality of your answers and whether you hit all of the STAR. I was allowed to bring notes, however, if you write something down during the interview, you're not allowed to leave the room with it (I think it's to prevent people from sharing the questions). The interviewers were very nice. They asked follow-up questions if they needed clarification.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Extremely delayed, took over 5 months to hear back on an initial interview. The interview itself went moderately well and the interviewers made it feel welcomed and easy. No feedback of any kind afterwards.
