I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Nov 2015
Interview
A 30 minute in-person interview. Interviewer did not what he was looking for and quite out of touch with any latest Software designs and software frameworks. Looked very lazy , most importantly Interviewer did not try to inform ahead of time what skills they are looking for, the skill sets he inquired with me were not mentioned at all in Resume!
What a waste of time they do. It could be that they are just doing them for statistics not intent on giving a job or what to see people how they look like!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Gloucester, England) in May 2026
Interview
Two round interview, Initial interview was very getting to know you and the company to see if there is a fit, Second interview was very behavioural and CV based with some basic technical questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle a situation where two engineers disagree about the best solution?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2026
Interview
It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
Primarily Behavioral. Walked through my resume and asked questions about coursework and what languages I was comfortable in. Did not ask me anything too technical, instead just asked questions about my projects and experiences.
