I applied through university. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Lockheed has been one of the top companies I wanted to work for, so when I got an interview invite for the SEAD program I was really excited. It was a virtual interview with multiple interviewers. I didn’t get a good vibe from some of the interviewers. One of them rolled his eyes as I responded to his question and kept looking at the side of his room throughout the interview. Seemed very disengaged.
I was very put off from this whole experience. From when I first applied to when they informed me of the outcome of the interview, it took many months—one of them longest of anywhere I applied.
In an email Lockheed sent, they said they wanted to provide a ‘great’ candidate experience. This is Lockheed’s idea of a great candidate experience?
