Started off with a recruiter contact. Then we did 3 rounds of individual interviews and then a presentation remote with the VP and Sales Directors and the recruiters. it was pretty standard sales questions to date.

2. Describe how you have maintained consistent sales performance over time. What practices or habits do you attribute to your consistency?
3. Tell me about the largest or most significant sale you have closed. What were the challenges, and how did you navigate them to close the deal?
4. Everyone faces slumps in sales. Can you discuss a period when your sales were not meeting expectations and how you turned your performance around?
5. Describe your experience managing long or complex sales cycles. How do you keep prospects engaged and move them towards a sale?
6. Share an example of how you successfully retained a key client or grew an existing account. What strategies did you use?
