1st round was an online assessment with cognitive assessment and coding test. 2nd round was a technical round where the interviewer asked basics of Java, Spring and OOP. The interviewer seemed uninterested as he was skipping to next question even before hearing my response. 3rd round was again a technical one. The interviewer was very senior and he might have been a technology head. This was more like a behavioural + architectural + technical round. It was an Ok Ok round for me. Surprisingly I was through to the HR round. HR had a usual discussion with me and agreed upon an offer. He also said that he would call me. Since then I have never received a call. No matter positive or negative feedback but it’s the HR’s responsibility to give a proper feedback. This was very unprofessional from Logicmonitor. Never wasting my time again with this company.
