Interview
My recent interview experience with Logicalis has left me with mixed impressions and concerns that I feel compelled to share.
While the company's reputation in providing IT solutions and managed services initially drew me in, my interactions during the interview process were disappointing. One interviewer, in particular, displayed a confrontational demeanor that made me question the company's culture and values. This, coupled with the apparent turnover in middle management, raised significant red flags about the organization's stability and leadership.
Upon further reflection, it became apparent that many employees at Logicalis have not stayed with the company for more than a year. This turnover, combined with the issues I observed during the interview, suggests that there may be underlying challenges within the organization that need to be addressed.
While I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Logicalis and recognize the potential the company has to offer, I ultimately decided to pursue other opportunities that align more closely with my professional expectations and values.
Prospective candidates should approach opportunities at Logicalis with caution, considering the turnover in middle management and the potential impact on the company's culture and stability.
