1st round: Written test A basic aptitude and a little technical questions. 2nd round: JAM You will be given a topic to speak about. 3rd: HR cum Technical That's up with interview. End of the day you will get a mail which consists of your interview score card. Here you will have to pay money based on the score you got. Don't worry, what ever the performance you give in interview.. you will be auto-awarded a score which suggests you to pay 30,000 rupees. I hope now you got my point (Interview is just for namesake and a game to ask you money). You will get calls from them which tempt you to pay and join. If you fall prey to them, then you will lose your money, time and energy. Company works only on your money and you will never be paid anything. I unknowingly paid money and lost three months of time waiting for joining letter. So be careful guys.
