Wildly disrespectful. The interviewer was ten minutes late to the Zoom. Once there, didn’t crack one smile or give the impression that they were listening whatsoever. Was clearly doing work on a second screen and letting me speak in the background. Cut the interview short due to a “developing emergency.” I wouldn’t waste a moment’s thought about applying to this company based on the attitude of this interviewer alone. Aloof, unengaged, and vaguely condescending. I answered one question before they signed off. If you are a hiring manager at this company and actually want to recruit, I would consider not having this person in charge of leading interviews - they make the company look bad.

I participated in a 30-minute first-round interview over Zoom which included standard questions about the role. The interview was straight and to the point and stuck to the intended questions.
