Was required to take several tests regarding personality and logic. I was emailed with very specific instructions on the procedure. Directions were quite clear. I would say the tests were unnecessary to some extent. Awkwardly I was told I was potentially "quite emotional as they could see". Not that I was offended, but it was two men interviewing me so not so comfortable and I wasn't really sure how to move forward once that tone was set. I'm sure it's a lovely place to work anyhow.
