Lynx Incorporated interview questions

I was interviewed on the phone for 15-20 mins and invited to participate in an in person second interview where I would have been given a tour of the office and learn more about the position. I did not accept the offer for the second interview because it just didn't seem like a good fit for me. It appears the company relies heavily on commission (makes sense for a sales position, just not what I was looking for). Im also curious why I was offered a second interview so easily, it felt like they were ready to hire just about anyone! Not sure what to say towards that.

I had maybe 10 -15 minutes phone interview and scheduled for in person soon. This will be touring the place and meeting staff. They said it’ll be like job shadow.
