Interview
1. Telefonisch contact met Product owner
2. 1e online video call met Product owner + extra collega binnen het team
3. Bezoek op kantoor + kleine technische test (kleine coding vraagjes, vraagjes waarbij problem solving skills wat wordt getest, etc.)
4. Voorstel + eventuele verdere onderhandeling (=TIP: bekijk het voorstel in grondig detail en durf te onderhandelen)

Wat trok je aan toen je de vacature zag + vertel meer over jezelf en wat je in je nieuwe job zoekt.
Had interview with the CCO who asked a mix of human resources, technical, as well as role-related competencies. Not much detail on scope of role nor to the company's strategy. I assumed in this case there would be a more case, pitch, or role-play related interview down the road. Overall fluid conversation with a couple more thought-provoking questions, but an interesting back and forth dynamic.
