I had two interviews over phone with the Managing Director. In between, I was asked to finish one case study within 3 hours and conducted one Powerpoint formatting task.

Interview
The interview was led by the managing director. He had a professional and focused tone right from the start. It was short and fast-paced. He seemed to appreciate precise answers more than long and overcomplicated responses. The atmosphere was slightly intense, and each question prompted a rapid exchange. Overall, the interview felt like a valuable experience in understanding what qualities the managing director valued in potential employees.

five rounds: first interview, 3 hr case study, q&a's, second round interview, third round interview. Overall, interviewing was a positive, but challenging compared to their peers, experience and I would recommend.
