First interview was a conversation with HR, then with the hiring manager and then the final stage was a technical demo along with a presentation to talk around the value benefits and what you would bring to the company

A thorough vetting of candidates like I've never experienced, up to and including a presentation and demonstration of the product set. Well worth the time and effort, and I think more firms should employ this type of process.
