MABION interview questions

This was a couple of years ago and may not be reflecting their current recruitment practices. Interview at Mabion was the second worst in my career. There was no phone interview and I received an "invitation" only three days ahead of time. When I arrived at the company on the day of the interview, it turned out they were interviewing for four roles at the same time, with 20+ candidates for each role. We were asked to complete a written "exam" and wait for several hours for it to get checked. Afterwards they rejected most of the candidates and the rest were asked to keep waiting. The face to face part of the interview had all hallmarks of psychological manipulation - starting with undermining your skills and education by saying how bad your "exam" went and how little you know about this or that subject... The interviewer even said something along the lines how there are no "good candidates" and "real professionals", graduates "can't even hold a pipette", and nobody is prepared to work at such an amazing company as theirs... They asked my what are my salary expectations but refused to share their range. I rejected their offer as it was below my expectations and they refused to negotiate.
