MAV Beauty interview questions

First interview was virtual with HR Director, next was the hiring manager, then an interview with VP and CEO on site. They all asked what I knew about their brands.

This company completely wasted two months of my time. Some of the people leading my interviews had absolutely no clue on what types of questions to ask. I got all the way to my fourth and final interview only to be told they don’t want to extend an offer because of my location- they knew my location from the very beginning of this process. Very poor hiring practice as this clearly could have been filtered out in the beginning rather than dragging me through their process. It is clearly just an excuse for some hidden reason. Truthfully, I’m relieved that it didn’t work out because this company seems to be very outdated, dishonest, and not an organization that would be a positive move for my career. Also, there are many red flags with this company based on other reviews.
