Very laid back, easy people to talk to. Description of job and hours expected. Flexibility in scheduling. Tour of the facility. Management is very up front and allows you to talk to some of the current workers if you wish. Easy process over all.

I applied online, first had a phone interview and then an in person interview with my boss and management at the office. I felt really comfortable and they let me talk to many different employees at the office.
