Interview
Short basic mathematics test, Percentages addition and subtraction as if you were putting together a real quote. Telephone exercise where you will have to obtain information from prospects as if you are qualifying leads. Key to be enthusiastic and don't give up here. Key to telesales is volume and enthusiasm. Then brief interview followed by a cut off and an in depth final interview.

Interview
Firstly a chat on the phone, then moved onto group interviews, 5 or 6 people. We were asked to write creatively why we would be good for the job in 15 minutes, I wrote a poem. Then after getting through this process, single interviews.

Interview
One on one interview, phoning practice and a presentation. The sales director was very open and friendly and so were the members of the sales team. I felt very at ease, even when doing the presentation. The interview was formal but the sales director made me feel comfortable so I was able to be more myself.
