I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MBJ (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
MBJ claims to be an innovative tech startup with great prospects and a challenging, multicultural work environment. Applied through LinkedIn and got an e-mail stating that I was selected for the first phone interview. After a brief phone interview where I was asked general questions I was invited for an in person interview at the company's office. Although with one of the Sales Executives, the first interview was quite informal and it seemed that MBJ would represent a great opportunity. The interviewer was friendly and had a professional approach. However, I have soon understood that the company grossly lacks an organised, professional approach as they were incredibly spontaneous and inconstant in their interview scheduling. I was invited for the last interview on the same day via an email with no prior notice. This was on the 23rd of December. Over the course of 5 weeks I was invited for 3 interviews with different people which mostly asked the same questions and with no consistency. I doubt that any of them had a clue about recruiting or HR. As a law graduate, I was excited of the prospect to work in a relaxed environment such as a tech startup but MBJ gave me the impression they don't have a clue on what type of employee are looking for.
If you are not a Sales guru and simultaneously ready to accept 18.000/year with unrealistic OTE targets, I would advise not to waste your time with this company.

Interview
I saw the job post on Linkedin. The application procedure was done directly through Linkedin and some days later I got an email which said I had been shortlisted for the first round.
