MDC interview questions

I was referred by my friend to apply to this company. I got an interview schedule. The first interview was with the HR, questions were the typical behavioral questions. The second interview was with the department/unit head, the questions were about my experience and explain my would be role in the company. Interviews were a formality only if you know someone in this company.
