Simple process, single round, meeting with two individuals, combined behavioral and technical questions. They asked questions related to the energy sector, some fundamental data analysis using MS excel, and questions regarding problem-solving and approach towards problems.

Onsite interview. Interview panel consists of two people. Mostly behavioural questions about consulting and experience working in teams on client-facing problems. One technical question on electrical systems including power factor and power factor correction.

the whole process took place at their office and took about 45 mins. I was interview with 2 people. One should be the HR department and the other is a student who is in internship. The interview is basically divided into 2 parts. The guy from HR department keep asking your soft skills. And in the last 15 mins, the guy who is in internship ask an question about solving electrical circuit.

They ask about behavioral questions such as how did you develop your management skills? How can you deal with deadlines while you are facing a ton of workload and your boss is away? And ask about one technical questions, for me, they ask me to solve an electrical circuit and give an presentation on how did you do it.
