Obnoxious screening process.
I worked with a recruiter. The company (not the recruiting company) requires you to take a technical test, multiple IQ tests and a personality test made by Tony Robins. There were multiple hours worth of tests. I was laid off from my previous job due to Covid so I went with it.
They ended up saying that I didn't score well enough for an interview. There was no way I didn't pass the technical test, however, I did skip through some of the long obnoxious IQ tests.
I ended up taking a job at another MSP in the same area for the same pay.
