An initial phone screen and then a 3 hour interview with several engineers, some of which were behavioral and a few had technical questions. Overall an easy process and all of the engineers I spoke to were very nice.
Behavioral focused interview over the phone. There was less of a technical element to it. Afterwords I went to the initiation event in the McLean VA office. We were assessed on our skills and interests to facilitate team placement
