15 minute phone interview. Follow up 3 person video interview. No one will tell you how much the health insurance costs and what the deductible is. Also, I asked what a typical day was like, and they basically lied. They said every day was different. Well, it was sitting for a whole shift in a phone queue. Not what I thought the job it was.
