Phone screen and video interviews conducted by a 3rd party company and then the Co-CEO/ VP of HR. The phone screen was about 30 minutes, the video call was about an hour.

Most of the conversation was about strategy for the first 30/60/90 and how to ensure company compliance across the board.

Interview
it was very straight forward on time and they asked me specific questions about my experience, then within a few hours they sent me the offer letter. They welcomed me and give me a nice training.
