Interview
I sent motivation, CV and portfolio through e-mail after seeing the offer on Architectenweb's web page. I received a reply with an invitation to a interview a couple of days later. I arrived and sat for an hour in a meeting room with the firm's lead architect and chat for a while of what they are currently working on, my experience and my ambitions in the job.

Question 1
What did I expect of the job? was the main question. The rest was more conversational, telling him a bit about my experience in my past jobs and post-master, and he telling me a bit a bout the firm's history and current projects.
Asked project questions and gave a design task to detail a roof system with joinery details. I was asked to sketch this and was given about 15 - 20 minutes for it.

Interview
I had an interview with the Director and her assistant. Their office is a desk in a very busy and loud shared co-working environment. The company consists of 2 people only. The interview was great but since I had a bad impression about them I don't recommend this company.
