MS Time Project Engineer interview questions

I have applied for the position through one of the recruitment websites. I was called to attend the interview session at the company's headquarter in Selangor. My interview session was scheduled on 2.30 pm. However, the HR informed that the company's owner (Datuk) will be a bit late so we have to wait for him. Only after 6pm, the interview started. The interview session was quite straight forward, as I introduced myself and my previous working experiences etc. After the interview ended, HR informed that I was accepted for that position and need to start work on the next week. Since I'm unemployed at that time, so I accepted the offer. When I started working there, my colleagues informed me that the interview experience is exactly similar with their experience. The owner will purposely started the interview session late, as he will waited for candidates that willingly to wait for a long time. It is a red flag
