MSTAT Developer interview questions

The interview experience was disappointing and felt poorly prepared. The HR representative appeared inexperienced and struggled to conduct a structured interview. There were very few meaningful questions about my background, skills, or how they relate to the role. At the same time, the role itself was not clearly explained. Basic information about responsibilities, expectations, and the team structure was either vague or missing entirely, which made it difficult to understand what the position actually involved. Overall, the interview felt unstructured and unprofessional. A more prepared HR process and a clearer presentation of the role would significantly improve the candidate experience.
