Interview
One-on-one interview lasting about an hour, going into some depth on past work experience and projects, with several insightful questions on project structure/technologies, security procedures, technical design approaches etc. Highly recommend having a site or application to show on screen and discuss functionality. Also some tricky (for me) questions on code style and project methodologies so recommend having a good concise way to describe working practices and organisation / scheduling techniques as that seemed quite important. After interview was asked to attend office for two days to complete some coding tasks. One of the days can be done remotely from home if you want.

Interviewed at mtc , first round was a 2 hours call with two of their seniors they asked many questions, They sent an assessment test next day and i had to send them back in 4 days , we had next round interview and they asked more questions again I got the offer and worked there around 4 years

Interview
The first part was the interview in the Edinburgh office. It was pretty standard: questions about previous work and experience with different technologies. As far as I can remember there were no weird HR type questions.
The second part was a programming trial task which could be done either in the office or at home. The deadline for it was two days, so I recommend scheduling it for the weekend. The task was not too difficult but complex enough to show some skills.
