I had recommended to the mgmt by a friend who was working at Macaroni Media for the past 12 months. I was called by the HR after my resume was reviewed by the mgmt. I went for an interview round in the Kolkata office. Later I was called to inform I have secured the position.

Was brief. first round HR, second round department head. The salary is not discussed in your rounds, the company profile is discussed at great length. the brands are discussed too, which may attract you to working there. that's all.
