The first round of the hiring process is a Full Stack Developer Assessment Exam in the form of two sections: 1. Technical Multiple Choice Questions 2. Front-end Coding Problem The second round is a behavioral interview

The place is sketchy from the outside and in somewhat unsafe neighborhood. The office is neat on the inside and very quiet. The Head of Sales was the first interview and the CEO was the second. Never Met with the team or any one else. The Head Of operations was the one doing the screening and acting as HR at the same time. They are very knowledgeable about the business and Marketing in general. Eager to grow the business and be the best in the business. What was alarming was that the other team members were not involved at any point. In fact they had no idea I was even hired. They also seeming to already have some one, which did not foster a good work environment understandably.
