One personal interview, short duration of time, did honestly discuss lack of benefits and low wage, this position was accepted during recession, originally hoped for best case scenario of possible raise and potential role improvement, but soon discovered many others with little improvement despite length of service
Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
