I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
Applied online for a seasonal sales associate postion. The Website included a questionaire that asked questions on personality, integrity and the like. The next day, I received an email inviting me to interview and to choose an available day. I chose the first option, the next day (Saturday). After waiting along with the other scheduled applicants, I was shown to an office with multiple 1:1 chairs & desks. HR reps conduct interviews simultaneously so it is important not to get distracted. Once approved, another rep will sit with you to go over the position, whether or not it is commissioned or non-commissioned, and what the rate will be. Once you accept, you are sent to another office to set up your training schedule.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
