I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Bellevue, WA) in Nov 2011
Interview
I applied online, and received an e-mail the next day to schedule an interview. I went in the following week for a one on one interview and it lasted about 10 minutes. They asked common questions about customer service and experience with support processes, and schedule needs. I was offered a position on the spot, and was scheduled for new employee orientation.

Question 1
I was asked a question regarding sales: "Tell me of a time where you helped a customer with a sale", which I found odd since the position didn't call for it, and I would rarely be interacting with customers since it was an early morning shift. But I assumed it was because of my extensive retail background.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.

The interview process was not that hard. It consisted of a phone interview the a in person interview the following week. The questions they asked were not to hard or serious. I ended up getting a call back later that day with a job offering?
I applied online and got an email a few days later to schedule an interview with them. I selected a day to go in and it was surprisingly it was pretty simple!
