Pleasant atmosphere. I was in a room with 3 people asking me about my experiences. The usual questions that one might expect. They were open and honest about the expectations etc.

Took 4 months to get hired. Had to complete personality test and math/english assessment online before being selected for phone screen. Had a phone screen and three phone interviews before on site interview. Very comprehensive process.
