      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Miami, FL) in Sept 2019

      Interview

They asked a lot of "essay-thesis" type of questions, the position that I applied for was filled so they offered me a position in another department, I wasn't specified witch position it was or weather it was a temporary or permanent offer and we didn't discuss my salary. I was asked to return for training during for 4 hours each day.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Washington, DC) in Mar 2018

      Interview

I was contacted to schedule a phone screen. Spoke with the recruiting manager and she had no answers to my questions about the position. She refused to tell me the salary range for the position which was a red flag. It seems they weren't sure about the position and how long it would last. We talked again a week later. Weeks passed then I heard back from another recruiter who reports to the person I spoke with initially. She missed our scheduled call and didn't even reach out to let me know ahead of time that she'd be unable to speak with me at our scheduled time. I reached out to her and after some back and forth we rescheduled. She asked me the same exact questions her manager asked me and again - could not provide details about the position or its salary range. At that point, I was over it because I realized how unprofessional they were.
