Interview
The questions were easy and I got hired right away. I was asked only a few questions and it took less than 15 mins to complete the interview. Management was nice too.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's in Nov 2009
Interview
Got there about 10 minutes early and only had to wait 15 minutes before I met with someone else since the interviewer was out to lunch. Interview was very short (15 minutes) and got hired on the spot. The next 45 minutes was getting all the paperwork done and signing me up for appointments/orientation. The entire process took about an hour. The people I met with from the receptionist to the actual interviewer (whom I met with eventually) and a customer service representative who randomly popped by to chat were all very nice.

Interview
Read me about 10-15 questions from a piece of paper and wanted personal examples from your life for how you would handle things in certain circumstances. Asked a lot of what would you do questions and wanted to know how your skills were fit for the job

Are you willing to work Holidays? Tell me a time a co worker, classmate, or stranger didn't put effort into a group work activity. What did you to resolve it
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Macy's (Holyoke, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I initially applied online through a job search engine and after about a week passed I received an email that I had been selected to come in to the store for an interview. I had to schedule the interview online, which was very easy and simple to do. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and inviting. She definitely wanted to ensure that I felt comfortable and attempt at minimizing any pressure I was feeling at the time. She asked me a series of straight-forward questions, leading to her hiring me on the spot. She left the room for a moment to see what part-time positions she had available and then came back to inform me that I would be working as a Seasonal Support Associate in the Women's Shoe Department.
