very sweet, very relaxed, helpful. They made you feel welcome and did not make it feel nerve wracking. There was two sections: one based on skill set and one on ones behavior

Question 1
Describe a time where you had a hard time working with someone, how did you go about it?
It went well, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere I received when speaking to the person across the screen. It didn't just feel like your general interview as she also enganged
Fair but with expectations about Macys acumen. Must know the business structure and things affecting the business. Fast recruitment heard back within 4 weeks of applying which was very nice. HR could be more responsive

Interview
The interview process consisted of a behavioral section and then part 2 was about a worksheet you pre answer prior to the interview. The worksheet asks you to look at the macys website and see strengths and weakness. It asks for improvements and suggestions. It was around 45 mins virtually and very casual.
