Interview was short, on the phone, hired on the spot which was sudden. This was during the holidays and the position was seasonal though so help was probably desperately needed. They just ask about your retail experience, experience in stocks and merchandise, what made you want to apply to Macy's.

applied online, was then emailed for an interview and then went to the interview and had to first take a short quiz on the computer and then had a one on one interview with the manager of the store and was told about how to show up for work and what my job duties would entail and how important it was to show up every day and to not be late and the dress code for the position

l have just finished on demand interview ,there were 3 section and final one is re-recording questions, l dont understand if they just record my voice , there is just microfone on the screen and l turrned my camera up because l didnt understand if they record my face or not ???
