I applied through university. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
Resume drop --> Pre-night with a Q&A --> first round interview with mostly behavioral questions and some questions about the company the following morning --> second/final round interview over two days at headquarters in NYC
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
