Interview
Applied online at macys.com. Filled out all the required information on the online application and took the personality test (it took me at least half and hour). Received an interview invitation a couple business days later. Scheduled the interview online following the steps.
During the interview, the manager asked me to first introduce myself, why I want to work for Macy's, what I would bring to the company, etc. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted.
The interview was very quick because I am available for all the different shifts, and have a little bit retail experience. So be sure to have a flexible schedule and be ready to work immediately. Also ask if you are a "flex" or state where you desire to work.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
