Professional and great communication. The process was very seamless. First, I had to upload my resume followed by videos to watch regarding the company. Then there some scenario questions to answer. Regarding how to handle various customers in various situations. Followed by a video type of interview where one has to answer a series of questions. For example, how would you approach a customer.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

Interview
It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
