I filled out an on-line application and took an assessment test which was a part of the O/L app process. Within less than 2 hours of completion; I received an email inviting me to use the attached link to come in for an interview. You are offered approximately 10 days worth of options with 4 time frames available.
Upon selection of my date & time a follow-up email was received reconfirming my choices; along with a 2nd "reminder" email 24 hrs before my scheduled appointment. The interview was a 1:1 with Q&A revolving around past experiences in different situations and how you handled them. My interviewer did advise me of the available positions and let me chose my preference, I was surprised that I did not have to meet with the Department head. The entire process at the store took 30 minutes. I was scheduled for a 2 day training . it is also a union position; and I am sure that dues will be due/taken out of check once 30 day probation has been met.
Although the pay to start is $8/hr; it will suit my present needs: and I have my foot in the door to other potential options
